Specific heating unit and air curtain used to separate the indoor and outdoor environment.
Thanks to its performance and construction, it is suitable for gates to large logistics and production halls, as well as to smaller workshops and warehouses.
In winter, it protects against the penetration of cold air from the outside and heats the building.
In summer, it protects against the penetration of warm air from the outside and protects against insects flying.
High heat and air output
airflow up to 15,000 m3 / hour
heat output 117 kW
horizontal air reach up to 8 m
vertical air reach up to 7 m
Quiet operation and high screening effect
Currently the quietest device on the market in its category. Significantly lower power consumption. energy.
Possibility of horizontal and vertical installation
Can be used for door openings up to 7 m high and up to 14 m wide. (For door widths greater than 8 meters, it is necessary to use a screen on both sides
We use only quality components
Reliable maintenance-free fans, high-quality copper exchangers, powder coating - all this allows to provide a five-year warranty
Possibility to continuously regulate the fan speed
Continuous speed control is enabled by used EC motors. We recommend using the Elementair-E MARK I controller for this purpose
When using a filter, the heat exchanger is protected against clogging
No. But a well-designed, high-quality screen can dramatically reduce the penetration of cold air. This will make the space very pleasant to be in and significantly reduce energy consumption. But there are cases where installing a screen cannot solve the draught problem.
The air curtain belongs to the category of hot air heating units with strict rules for its selection, placement and installation. It is generally assumed that 85% (!) of the heat supplied by the air curtain remains in the protected space. In our experience, in a large number of cases, the screen itself is able to heat the space where it is installed. Many heating engineers do not know this, so they ignore this fact and design heating systems without respecting this source.
An air curtain creates a strong compact airflow, imagined as a heavy curtain placed in a door or doorway when the door/door is open, which prevents the usually cold air from outside from entering the building and thus cooling it.
The air curtain is installed either next to or above the door opening. The exhaust of the air curtain must always be directed out of the door/door. The angle between the jet axis and the plane of the door is called the pre-blow. Ideally, the air curtain should allow adjustment after installation, depending on the actual conditions at the installation site and the user's requirement after first experience.
The choice depends on the size of the door/gate opening. The larger the opening, the larger (more powerful) the air curtain must be. If the air velocity in the door/door opening is too high and the air velocity exceeds 7 m/s or 25 km/h, the use of an air curtain will be ineffective and the door opening must be protected in another way (e.g. by a door jam or repositioning).
An air curtain is a heating device designed to protect doorways from cold air entering the interior of a building.
A good quality air curtain must be able to create a strong, compact air stream whose velocity decreases as slowly as possible with distance from the exhaust. This property is known as recharge. A good quality air curtain should be as quiet as possible so as not to annoy persons in its vicinity with excessive noise.
