XELEMENTS – EPP duct components for ventilation systems
Easy installation, low weight, and thermal insulation in one. XELEMENTS is a range of duct components made from expanded polypropylene (EPP), manufactured in the Czech Republic. It includes ducts and fittings in 125 and 160 mm diameters, complemented by distribution and ceiling boxes for air distribution in systems with heat recovery ventilation units. The lightweight material makes handling and installation easier, while its thermal insulation properties help reduce heat loss through the ductwork.
The range includes straight ducts, 45° and 90° elbows, connectors, and accessories for joining individual components. The distribution box with a 125 mm connection and six 75 mm outlets has a low profile of just 203 mm. The ceiling box with a 125 mm connection and two 75 mm outlets can be cut to length to suit installation requirements.
The components allow the duct layout to be adapted to the floor plan of a house or apartment. Technical data and preliminary pressure drop curves for ducts and elbows are available to support system design.
